Back in 2010 Wisdom transports launched into to the road haulage and transporting scene at Qatar with just 7 employees, a little over 6 trucks and one client. The vision has always been to service our clients’ needs with utmost priority, where by maintaining the safety and security as our overarching values. On the back of our performance over the last 7 years we have now expanded to a fleet of 150 vehicles which includes Tipper trucks, Cement bulkers, Flatbeds and some of the most experienced drivers in the industry.

The journey

In 2013 we also ventured into heavy machinery adding forklifts and wheel Loaders into our portfolio of equipment’s. We continue with the same drive of our vision and over the time made it a habit to achieve 100 % satisfaction and commendable performance for our respected clients. Our client portfolio is over 20 companies, including the names of leading Ready-mix Concrete producers, Cement producers and Earthmoving, Road works companies. Health and safety is integral to all the activities of the company, is reflected in the service with the help of the equipment’s that we use and commitment of our employees. We are in ISO 9001:2015 company.

Our Fleet

Wisdom’s Fleet now includes 150 vehicles, breaking up into 100 tippers ,45 cement tankers and 5 flatbeds. The low mileage and age of the vehicles help us provide the best transportation solution demanded by our clients at unbeatable prices. Our machinery includes 3 telehandlers and 2-wheel loaders. Separate bulker units for each type of cement; cementatious material like GGBFs,OPC, microsilica. cement dust Etc.

The fleet is included with all leading safety features in transport industry. All the vehicles are GPS enabled giving the clients the added advantage of tracking their loads from point to point basis.

Our Employees

Employees are the soul of our company are taking care of their wellbeing is one of our prime priorities. We as a company believe in inclusive growth. The company invests heavily in training and development of our executives and workforce at equivalence. All our executives are trained in professional health and safety certifications and it’s a part of their job to lead the health and safety on site, in office & at work. Our drivers are one of the most experienced in the transport industry and have a lot of driving hours in Qatar itself. Wisdom transport over the past 7 years can blindly boast of the lowest attrition rates across all platforms in Qatar when it comes to our employees. All our drivers are continuously monitored and updated about the details of the monitoring to improve their performance. Our drivers are trained in defensive driving.

Employees are provided with a comfortable camp in Rayyan industrial area with basic amenities to make them feel home away from their countries. Our camps comply and sometime also supersede the Supreme welfare committee requirements. A strict working hours policy is maintained for the workforce to enable them time for self-development and avoid any fatigue. As a company we believe it would encourage the workforce to give their best at work while they have appropriate rest.
